Mandala Patterns abound in Nature
The Mandala Pattern is evident in all the elements of Nature.
The mandala is the basic pattern of creation. In all circular shapes in nature there is the center of the circle, that does not move. All energy moves around the center, and it the center that controls all the events around it. Coloring a mandala helps to connect us with our center, and to realize the stillness and joy that is always there.
Take a moment and try to see the mandala pattern in the following:
 All the cells in our bodies are mandalas. The center of the cell is the nucleus and everything revolves around this center, which never moves.
 Many of the patterns in the rock and crystal of the earth are in the shape of mandalas.
 Water, the basis of all life is itself a mandala.
